I had recently bought a second-hand Nissan Qashqai that only came with one key. I emailed Rhys to see whether he could do a Nissan Qashqai key for me and he was very helpful and informative and gave me a quote that didn't cost the earth like a lot of the other auto locksmiths in Norwich! He came about an hour earlier than expected, which was fine for me and told me that he would wipe the key system so that the previous key that was supposedly lost by the previous owners wouldn't work anymore (other than the blade that is) and was finished in about 30 mins! Rhys was very professional and he even told me how to start the car in an emergency if any of the key fobs decided to run out of battery. I highly recommend Rhys for anyone who needs a new car key. Would definitely use again if I need to.

So I got ready and headed to Norwich and he kept me updated with what he was doing and the car key was there waiting for me when I got to my car. Breakdown service company visited but could not resolve the issue. Spoke with my mechanic who advised me to contact Rhys. Phoned Rhys who immediately set up a home visit for this afternoon. I was kept fully updated on ETA. Rhys is extremely professional and has a fantastic knowledge of this profession which he is passionate about. I was fully educated on each step of the process needed to get my problem sorted. Within 10 minutes of his arrival the problem was identified as being a "lost communication with remote function activation ". Once identified Rhys was able to sort the issue immediately.
