Contact through advice of my regular garage, quick response time, answered a few questions and gave me a clear idea of solution to try first, took all of 10mins to communicate between ourselves and a problem that was potentially going to cost me a lot sorted by me spending 15mins following his instruction. The company has also done work for my sister in the past and response time, honesty, truth on costing and repair was done brilliantly. Will use yourselves again for further assistance, and new keys to be made in future. Completely recommend this company.

Very pleased with the standard of work received from Rhys. A very knowledgeable and trustworthy expert. He sorted my Honda Jazz ignition problems out when others had failed. Highly recommended.

My car broke down in a Tesco car park and was sat there for 4 days as I couldnt move it. The key would turn in the ignition but not start. I called several auto locksmiths but none of them responded. I finally came across Norwich Auto Locksmith. Rhys was quick to respond and called me back immediately and talked me through the issue. He came out of his way early morning to enable me to start the car and finally get it home. This was a free call out. Rhys started working on the car over the next couple of days. Rhys was knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. He kept me updated throughout the process and always arrived on time. I would highly recommend Rhys at Norwich Auto Locksmith.

Made contact with Rhys via email, within the hour he contacted me took all my vehicle details, come back really quick with a price. We agreed a date and time for him to come to me. Rhys arrived promptly on time, was very polite. He explained the process to me and the new key was done within 20mins! Incredible! To put things into context I have had another Auto locksmith out who had tried twice for at least an hour each time and failed to complete the process. On top of the speedy efficient service I received i happened to mention my other key was a bit hit and miss with unlocking. Rhys almost immediately diagnosed the problem and remedied the fault at no extra charge. If you are ever in the need of a fast, efficient and friendly service, backed up with a really good knowledgeable understanding of auto locks the look no further then this company. Thank you Norwich Auto Locksmith Gary

I thought I had locked my keys in my car, so rang Rhys. He immediately reassured me that he could be with me within 45 minutes and gave me clear pricing, which was extremely good value. Then he sent additional text messages to let me know how close he was. Then I found my keys. Mortified, I rang him, knowing he was already on his way. He couldn't have been nicer and refused any payment to make up for his inconvenience. Prices and service incomparable. Everyone needs this man's number in their phones.
