Not only did he come and sort my key, he ran a diagnostics for me to check it over. He also found (thankfully) there was a tracker in my van that I wouldnt have known about if it wasnt for him! When I purchased my van there was only 1 key- Rhys cancelled all other keys that were made for the van and made me a new one.
